B&B Cerretani Palace - Florence

The location near the Duomo is unbeatable! The entrance stairs could use better lighting at night.

The staff was attentive, the room was great-sized, everything was fantastic. The room with balcony overlooking the piazza. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet were very handy.

The location was great for traveling around Florence, next to beautiful Firenze, and most attractions as well as eateries. There was dessert restaurant Gelateria Santa Trinita, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The superior double room offered an engaging view right over a bustling street and a fantastic proximity to major landmarks like Piazza Duomo. Immersing in the local vibe meant opening the windows to enjoy the sounds of everyday life, including the good surprise of opera singers outside.

While the vibrant street life can be exciting, the noise might not sit well with those who prefer their peace for sleeping. The exterior lacks charm, and the Duomo bells can still ring out at night-though it's a gentle wake-up rather than a jarring alarm. Some bathroom amenities could use a larger size, particularly the body wash.

wonderful hotel and the location in the piazza was unbeatable and magnificent. the team provided a great service and the room was beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant with a direct view of duomo and the balcony, as example. the staff and the owner were all helpful. location: the venue was close enough to everything: accademia, market, train station, ufizzi, pitti palace and the duomo and florence.

the hotel was truly exceptional, i couldn't recommend more it to others. the location was perfect yet it was right next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Street noise from entertainers disrupted our restful nights, and reaching our room involved navigating dark stairs which could pose a challenge for newcomers.

B&B cerretani palace was amazing! The location is prime, just steps from everything, including the train station. My suite was like a cozy 1-bedroom apartment with a big bedroom, separate dining area, and a spacious bathroom. Ordering breakfast was easy and it was served hot right on time. Having nightly street performers visible from the window was a good touch too!

The ice machine and water available were greatly appreciated . stairs can be a challenge with heavier luggage.

Staying in a spacious room with really good bedding led to the best sleep I've had in a hotel. Daily room service brought a good breakfast selection, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. While the entrance stairs were a bit challenging and noise from nearby street performers disrupted a peaceful sleep, the amazing location next to a fine landmark more than made up for it.

The balcony offered fine views, and mornings were upgraded with breakfast served outside, with freshly prepared eggs and good pastries. Some details felt slightly dated in areas, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times .

Entrance stairs could use improvement, but amazing room view and generous breakfast service made it worthwhile!

Eduardo went above and beyond to, from handling my luggage to serving delicious breakfasts at the requested time. Each morning brought treats that sweetened my experience. While the city's lively atmosphere made it a bit noisy, that didn’t overshadow the good charm of the B&B.
